Paragus talking out of his ass

I mean seriously? What's worse is that I see this treated as fact and it likely will be treated as fact due to other stupid explanations we have gotten in Super that made no sense. Paragus CANT sense Ki and has most of his life been relying on scouter. Super Paragus is even less imposing then Movie 8 Paragus. Why is Frieza acting as though he needs Paragus to explain it to him? I mean Paragus just had his mind blown by Super Saiyan. If Broly power increased 10 times, Frieza would have noted it.
