Paralyzed dog gets new wheelchair

A Tampa woman returned to pick up her dog at her vet's kennel service only to find out her dog, Wally, can't use his back legs! Wally's vet suspects it was a herniated disk in his spine, but until they can figure out what happened, Wally's getting a little help from a new set of wheels.
