Paraneetroplus Bifasciatus possibly sick?

My Bifa has some strange white/pink growths on it's pectoral fins. Sometimes he twitches a little bit, but I wasn't able to catch it in this video. I'm not sure if this is because of the growths or if he just wants to spawn again. I removed the females from the tank since his last spawning.
