France's president calls it a historic day for Libya. A conference in Paris bringing together most, but not all the major players in the conflict that's splintered the country since the 2011 fall of Muammar Gaddafi. They've agreed on a December 10th date for presidential elections and before that, a September 16th date to agree on electoral ground rules for the vote.
