Germany's political parties are in the midst of a crisis. They are finding it more and more difficult to attract young people,and inspire them to get involved. It's leading to a shortage of qualified personnel from the younger generation. Now the SPD and the Christian Democrats are trying out a new targeted program,in an effort to fill up the ranks of the under 40 year olds.
