Part 1 of 4. Officer Paul Albrecht target's Kimberguy on Motorcycle and violate his civil rights again. Everything about this stop is illegal. He readily admits he has pulled him over for open carry which is legal in Michigan. Then officer Paul Albrecht states there is a fictious rule that says your licenses states you must conceal.
