Part 11: VIA Rail - Alberta To New Brunswick - Through A Railfan's Camera

Mile 74.1 To Mile 70.3 - CN St-Hyacinthe Sub. Most of day 5 was spent exploring the train station and downtown Montreal. I board train #14 "The Ocean" around supper time which is a very large train because it is actually two trains put together which will split later on in our journey. Once we get going there was a lot to see as we crossed the St-Lawrence river on the elaborate bridge system complete with two lifts to allow ships to pass. Saw an Amtrak P42 as well a CN freight and an AMT commuter train. All within the span of 4 miles!
