Path of Exile Legion [3.7]: Act 2 Playthrough (Herald of Ice Assassin)

Part 2 of the playthrough on a new Assassin that will be based on BV and HoI. This is very similar to my previous build except it utilizes BV for the improved damage on rare packs etc. Will see how it goes.
