At least 20 people were killed today (Aug 18) after a speeding Rajyarani Express ran over a large number of 'kanwarias' at Dhamara Ghat Station in Khagaria district of Bihar, triggering angry protests by locals who attacked the train driver and set afire its coach besides the engine of another train.
