Paul Pinna: Oh Tallinn, Armas Tallinn. Viis ja sõnad Paul Pinna. 1928 Odeon. Couplet, music & lyrics P. Pinna, Gramophone-recording from the 1928.
"Oh Tallinn, armas Tallinn",...
"sest sinu lõbustused,
on teiste õnnetused" . Toredad värsiread. See mõte kehtib Tallinna kohta ka tänapäeval, kas pole? Või siis mitte? Igatahes see laul on Paul Pinna nägemus sellest kuidas käisid asjad Tallinnas aastal 1928. Tänapäeva olukorra kohta pealinnas saab igaüks ise omad järeldused teha.
Muusika taustaks kasutatasin Graham-Paige autosid tutvustavat voldikut. Seda sellel põhjusel, et need kaunid autod olid saadaval ka Eestis, läbi automargi esindaja Friedrich John - kelle esindus asus Tallinnas, Aia tänav 10. Reklaami serval on märge 02. veebruar 1930.

Graham-Paige was an American automobile manufacturer. It operated from 1927 to 1962, by brothers Joseph B. Graham (September 12, 1882--July 1970) and Robert C. Graham (August 1885--October 3, 1967) and Canadian Ray Austin (May 28, 1887--August 13, 1932). In 1962 the company ceased to produce cars and instead went into real estate (Wikipedia).
In 1920's and 1930's the Graham-Paige automobiles were available also in Estland. One of the authorized dealers of Graham-Paige automobiles in the Republic of Estland was the firm Friedrich John, located at the centre of Tallinn.
