[Payday 2] Hoxton Revenge Stealth - Hotfix 118.2 & Hydra Mutator

It was only about 24 hours before it was addressed. Here's some info about the Rat on Hydra: - He splits into two Skulldozers just as the Commissar does, seemingly regardless of difficulty (this was on Overkill); - The Skulldozers are instantly uncool and start shooting; thus you can't 'one shot' them as you would be able to if you were undetected, or try to swiftly sneak away from them in the first place.
