[Payday 2] Jimmy and Maniac Perk Deck - Is it good or Bad?

In this video I just wanna talk about Jimmy and Maniac Perk Deck. First, let's talk about Jimmy. So Jimmy is one of the Free Content of Payday 2 and it seems we don't know his Nationality and his ages. But I think he is from England or Wales and maybe his homeland is Swansea. And Also I think he is around 15 - 45 years old. But one think I really like Jimmy is his mask. His mask is pretty Simple but for me, it's a Perfect mask. And when he Inspire the crew, He said "Kempo Kempo" (I don't what is the meaning). Next, The Maniac Perk Deck. The Maniac Perk Deck is about Damage Absorption. If you want to use Maniac Perk Deck, you need to know about Hysteria Stacks. Hysteria Stacks, you will gain 1 damage absorption for every 30 stacks of Hysteria. Hysteria Stacks decays 60% + 80 every 8 seconds. 40% of damage you deal is converted into Hysteria Stacks, up to 240 every 4 Seconds. Max amount of stacks is 600. If you reach Outburst in your Maniac perk deck, Members of your crew also gains the effect of your Hysteria Stacks. But Hysteria Stacks from multiple crew members do not stack and only the stacks that gives the highest damage absorption will have an effect. The next one is Fervor, it will charge the decay of your Hysteria Stacks to 60% + 40 every 8 Seconds. Fourth Recklessness, It will change the damage absorption of hysteria stacks on you and your crew to 1 damage absorption for every 25 stacks of hysteria. Finally, Insanity. Damage absorption from hysteria stacks on you is increased by 50%. I already used this perk deck and it seems it's really hard to use it if you don't understand about Maniac Perk Deck especially about Hysteria Stacks. I also tried it on Deathwish difficulty and I recommend you guys to bring First Aid Kit when you use this Perk Deck. So, Is Jimmy good or bad? Yes, He is a good boy. How about Maniac Perk Deck?
