[PBE BUG] Void Gate no cooldown.

Void Gate, a new item on the PBE, is intended to have a 150 second cooldown but was bugged on it's initial PBE introduction! DEATH BY VOID GATE. More info on the new item available here: http://www.surrenderat20.net/2014/12/122-pbe-update.html
