Added it into my 5/3/1 rotation = Military Press, Deadlift, Incline Bench (*thumb away from smooth*), Pendlay Rows, Squats. This is my 5's week did 215X5, 250X5, 285X8. Still playing around with the form, decided to use my Do-Win weightlifting shoes to see if it helps me any. I like the firmness the shoes provide and stable footing. Will see how it plays out when the weights get heavier.
