Говорила какую то чушь, но очень довольна и рада. что смогла преодолеть себя. Дополнение: возобновила моржевания в сентябре 2018 года.. Дала слово, что буду купаться 2 раза в неделю и выкладывать видео (выкладываю в инстаграме регулярно). И к декабрю уже так привыкла, что стала спокойно купаться.
