Sandra Shevey interviewed Peter Lawford in the 70s for a series to be published on the New York Times News Service on suppression of sexual identity in Hollywood. Lawford, who had been married several times, was involved in a menage a trois with Keenan Wynn and Van Johnson during his early days as a contract player at MGM.
