With the machine gripped in a vice use the handle provided to turn the primary shaft and form a bead. 2. With the machine gripped in a vice use an electric or battery drill to turn the primary shaft and form a bead. 3. If the pipe to be beaded is in a static situation then roll the machine around the pipe to form a bead. This machine will raise a bead on 16swg aluminium and copper pipes ranging in bore size from 10mm upwards. It will also raise a bead on 18swg steel and stainless steel.
