"Pizza" Meatloaf - NoRecipeRequired.com

I love Pizza. I love Meatloaf. But dare I combine them....yes - I dare. For this video, I make a pizza inspired meatloaf by taking some of the best elements of traditional pizza, and incorporating them into my meatloaf recipe. In addition to ground beef and pork, I add some Italian sausage to the mix. For veggies - I saute some onions, peppers, and mushrooms - again some of my favorite toppings. Cheese was the tough part. I can't put the mozzarella cheese on top, or it'll slide right off. So instead, I make a stuffed meatloaf, with the mozzarella cheese laid right down the center. Finally, while tomato soup is a pretty common sauce - I use my homemade pizza sauce to bring it all together. It turned out great as is, but you can take it even farther - use whatever topping you love and get as creative as you want!
