Playing to Win Learning Lab with Roger Martin

Reinforcing a new way of strategising at a global learning lab hosted by Roger Martin and Implement Consulting Group. Implement recently co-hosted a strategy session with Roger Martin in New York with the purpose of reinforcing Playing to Win and create collective insight into how Playing to Win can improve the way we answer complex strategic questions. It was designed as a “learning lab” that brought together executives from some of the largest US and Scandinavian companies to discuss how to rethink and improve the way that companies make strategic choices.
