This method works roughly ~90% of the time in finding a corrupted zone within an instance. It relies on "exploiting" the load times required to generate levels. Basically longer load times = higher chance of corrupted zones. I've only tried this on Docks, but I'm sure it would work on other areas where you feel more comfortable farming.
Also, when determining your average load time, disregard the very first time you load a certain map.
