Fresno police shot and killed unarmed 19-year-old Dylan Noble during a traffic stop after he repeatedly ignored police demands. The officers involved in Noble’s death were not charged with a crime, but they did receive undisclosed punishments within the department. The officers have said they believed Noble could have been armed and reached for his waistband.

Patrick Harmon, 50-year-old, had been pulled over by police officer Kris Smith for bicycling without a red rear light. Officers tried to arrest Harmon after discovering an outstanding warrant. Harmon attempted to flee the scene and was chased by the police, at which point officers said he turned towards them with a knife and was shot. The district attorney in Salt Lake City announced the decision not to file charges against the officers claiming that Harmon posed a threat to the officers.

Body camera footage shows the fatal shooting of a wanted man on the city’s Southside. Mario Hobson, 48, was wanted for felony domestic violence and probation violations when Milwaukee police caught up with him on Aug.13.

Jeffery Wise 52, wanted in connection with 2 bank robberies in Lake Charles La. was shot multiple times when he refused to comply with officer’s commands to drop a weapon he had pulled out of a saddle bag from a motorcycle during a traffic. Wise had a warrant for 1.5 million dollars out of Lake Charles for robbing JD Bank and Whitney Bank.

The body camera of Corporal Jeremy Dunn shows him shooting Ivonne Casimiro, who was suspected of breaking into cars at the TA Travel Center in Parowan. Iron County Attorney Scott Garrett ruled the shooting to be unjustified.

The City of Evansville paid $60,000 to settle a lawsuit filed by a Louise Milan. Milan's lawsuit argued that police violated her Fourth Amendment Constitutional rights when the SWAT team tossed two flash-bang grenades into her home and forced their way inside to serve a search warrant

Rapids police were justified in shooting and killing Malik Carey, 18, who opened fired on police. Carey, who was seated in the back seat of a parked car, was talking to police when he suddenly reached into his waistband for a gun and fired four shots at officers.

Michael Bruce Peterson, 39-year-old, acting erratically and assaulting police officer Gregory Lovell with his own baton just before Lt. Andrew Oblad shot and killed Peterson. Both police officers were injured, which began with reports of Peterson allegedly trespassing and harassing employees at a building that includes a massage school.

Officers attempted to stop a reckless driver. James N. Robertson, 41-year-old, was in a small dark grey pickup truck, and led police on a brief pursuit, which ended in a "minor crash". Robertson produced a knife and was shot by one of the pursuing officers.

Trooper Ryan Seiple pulled, Daniel K. Clary, over for speeding when he opened fire, grievously wounding Cpl. Seth Kelly, who nearly died from gunshot wounds that included a severed femoral artery. Clary was convicted for attempted murder.
