Polygel Dupes and Where to Find Them Pt 10: Elite99 removal and Top 4 ranking

The purpose of this video series is to help those of us out there with limited funds find dupes that are worth our time and money. Most things from that site can take up to a (1) month to arrive. The reason I get more of my things from Wish rather than AliExpress or Ebay is simple; I have had better experience with their customer service. When an item I ordered is defective/lost/broken/ or not as advertised I just send a quick email with a photo of the product and a short description of the problem. As long I do this within 30 days of receiving the product then they will give me a refund. I almost never get refunds from Ebay, even when the items I buy fail to arrive. Also, the sellers are usually extremely rude. AliExpress has made me go through some really long return processes. I think they do that hoping that I will just give up and forget to get my money back.
