Porting NTSC-J mod to PAL

Okey, I tried to port NTSC-J mod to PAL. It seems to work well but it's too much a hassle. The texture of ! crate hasn't been changed because I didn't succeed in the way I tried with NTSC-J. Sorry video skips some frames, but it's not a lag in the game. Link: https://bit.ly/2NePjqw
