Update to Judicial Power: Judicial power over cases and controversies: arising under the Constitution, laws, or treaties of the United States; admiralty and maritime jurisdiction; cases and controversies in which the U.S. is a party; between different States; between a state and citizens of another state; between citizens of different states; and between citizens of the same state claiming lands under grants of different states. Supreme Court has original jurisdiction in cases affecting ambassadors, public ministers and consuls. Finally, Congress may neither limit nor enlarge the Supreme Court’s jurisdiction.
