preparing to repair a washroom roof form inside and out side . Roof has not be protected and never was waterproofed . Examine the extent of damage done to window and door beam . Iron rods and iron re-enforsing mesh were brushed and all loose and not so loose (concrete ) was removed from around the iron where it was possible and Tecma Paint Ox ( rust paint) was applied. Next video we will see the application of special mortar Prehmor and instalation of 3 beams to support the roof.
