Presonus AudioBox USB Issues with Mac

I originally purchased this product to use in conjunction with a dynamic microphone like the Heil PR-40 for simple recording purposes. As soon as I plugged it in, I realized there were some major issues. After spending over an hour and a half on hold with Presonus and not talking to anyone, I just decided to return the product. I'm sure Presonus makes some great products, but this isn't one of them in my opinion, at least for Mac users. I am pretty experienced when it comes to audio interfaces and audio devices, but I didn't have the time or the patience to figure this one out. http://twitter.com/thatnickjones
