So easy to use, hardly anything to it to get it all set up and ready to go. Love the accessories it comes with so you can cook different foods and not just poultry or a roast. If they ever make an upgraded model, I hope it will have a digital timer or programmable timer. However, there's NOTHING wrong with the performance of this countertop rotisserie oven. It rotates perfectly and the chicken we cooked came out juicy and tender! Drip tray is the right size to collect all of the drippings.
