It is time to finally showcase the T20 set bonus, aswell as Bulwark of Light in a PvP setting. It is a rather insane build making you able to tank 2-3 people for a very long time, depending on their class (you prefer meeles such as Warriors!). With the T20 set bonus, Judgment has a 30% chance to reset the cooldown of Avenger's Shield. Aswell as Grand Crusader being a passive proc you will get a lot of shields. 3 Bulwark of Lights, while stacking Versa and Haste can give you a 28k absorb shield every cast!
