Proxy Edit for HD Video Tutorial

This is a tutorial showing how to make a low res copy of your HD video files, then, using those low res files you can easily edit them in your NLE video editor. The reason for this action is so you can watch smooth playback in your editor. A lot of people that edit HD footage experience 'jerky' or 'jumpy' playback when playing the edited footage during editing. This has made my editing SO MUCH BETTER!
