Public Access TV is a new television series airing on RogersTv Toronto. It is a viewer submitted program giving local Toronto video content producers the ability to have their original videos air on television. The show is focused on primarily on short format content that is 15min or less such as short films, music videos, web video content and more. The series is housed by TV personality Phil Guerrero (Pj Phil) and Atul Reo.
