Well... it's like getting a new toy that you can't wait to show your hunting buddies, I'm excited to share with you my new toy, the Pulsar Quantum Lite XQ23V Monocular. I see ya'll coming back every week to check out the hunting video, and I consider all of you a part of my hunting buddies group, so if you are considering adding a Monocular to your hunting wish list, check out my field review and see if the Pulsar is the right fit for you.
There was really three things that pushed me in the direction of the Pulsar Quantum Lite XQ23V. Here they are:
1) Price/Value: At a little under $1700, the Pulsar Quantum Lite is the least expensive monocular at this high quality level.
2) Quality: Pulsar consistently keeps pushing out high quality imaging gear and they have great customer service.
3) Convenience: For me, being able to scan a field for hogs with the monocular as opposed to holding up my rifle for 2 to 3 hours a night and wearing out my arms, was a big factor in my decision to get a secondary thermal imaging device.
Here's a quick look at some of the features:
1) Rangefinder, accurate to within 5 or 10 yards.
2) Easily can change from white/hot to black/hot.
3) Variety of color mode selections to choose from.
4) Lens cap is easy to open and close.
5) Video Out plug to recorder footage on a MDVR.
6) Takes 4 AA, that last for a long time.
7) Clear, soft picture that makes animal identification easier.
Thank you for watching, liking, sharing, and subscribe. Stop back by next week to see me get back to laying down some hogs!!
