RAMONE GERM WAY & ENRIQUE LEGASPI put on this summer party at Costello Park in beautiful Boyle Heights and invited a bunch of bands to rock out. In part 2 we start with THE PHREAKS from Long Beach who reach down deep and pull up some guttural junk. Then INNER CITY YOUTH from Pico-Union swirl the crowd into a frenzy with their ruthless attack.
