Punkbuster Install for Call fo Duty United Offensive

Download pbsvc.exe from Evenbalance.com (SUPPORT tab at top, PB SERVICES FAQ in general support services section, clcik work "here" in first paragraph). Copy PnkBstrB.exe, PnkBstrK.sys to PB directory and wa001362.htm and wc002165.htm to pb/htm folder, and wa001362.dll and wc002165.dll to pb/dll folder, from a computer that has these files. The location maybe different depending on the install.
