Five year-old meningitis survivor Marshall Janson will now be able to play tag with his school friends after receiving a pair of state-of-the-art running blades. Marshall, who is in year one at Perranporth Community Primary, has received a new pair of Power Rangers running blades which will enable him to join in with play-time and PE lessons. Stephanie Harris, Marshall's mum, said: "Marshall was getting upset that he couldn't keep up with the other children and the only way he could was with these blades. "He was so happy when he saw the Power Rangers blades for the first time - he was just amazed and ecstatic.
