Quiet In My Town

Was that last episode a bloodbath or what?! Spoilers up to 6x16. Supernatural character deaths, from 1.01 to 6.16. Haven't included all of them, because we'd be here all day, but I have included what I think were some of the more touching ones. I want to know which character death, in all of Supernatural, moved you the most and why? For me it's still got to be Ellen and Jo. Although, Rufus' death is definitely up there too.
