Rain-x vs PPG Industries' Aquapel Glass treatment

I have been having trouble with seeing clearly through my windshield during light rain since the day I bought my car, I cleaned my windshield 50 different ways, tried numerous brand of windshield wipers, and I finally got fed up and started using Rain-x. Rain-x worked great and I was excited to finally be able to see, the only draw back was if I got busy and forgot to reapply the rain-x It would be very difficult to see out of my windshield especially if there was any kind of glare. It got annoying, so I looked around again and found the Aquapel, read some reviews and I was sold! its now been about a month and my windshield repels water just like the first day I put it on, still nice and clear.
