SWTOR Forum thread: http://www.swtor.com/community/showthread.php?p=11675849#post11675849 In a quest-line in the SWTOR beta (full game releases Dec. 20, early-access on the 15th), I ran into an interesting Rakata that made an appearance in KOTOR 1. There's a fair amount of references to him before the actual cutscene shown, but its made fairly obvious that it is in fact supposed to be the same one. However, as you'll see, the general sound of his voice (or in fact the entire language) seems to have changed to a more annoying, sharp one, rather than the (imo) mystical flowing dialogue that we got to hear in KOTOR. This is basically just a demo of the two, put in the same video. The first part is from 2003's Knights of The Old Republic, while the second part is from the soon-to-be-released The Old Republic (mmo). Both are by Bioware and Lucas Arts. SWToR is being published by EA. I dont own either IP (but own a copy of both games!).
