Rape, Murder & SNUFF FILM & Grand Jury

12 years after Andrea Nelson, was carried Dead into Hoag Hospital, by Homayon Bakhtar, the last man, allegedly, to see her alive, No One has been indicted for her Murder. At the time, Sheriff-Coroner Mike Carona, made sure her death certificate did NOT say homocide by another. A few years later, Ex-sheriff Carona was indicted for many charges, prosecuted for a Few by Federal Prosecutor, and convicted of one, "witness tampering". Carona is now in Prison until Nov 2015, but if he would engage in Witness tampering, would he also be capable of changing the "cause of death" to omit the truth? Hide the truth? And why did Dist. Atty. of O.C. wait 3 + years to prosecute Homayon Bakhtar for illegal possession of 3 bottles of Date Rape drug, found at his house, by police hours after he carried her dead body into Hoag Hospital... and allow Bakhtar IMMEDIATE Probation on PC 1000, when he already had a long criminal record and felony convictions? Something stinks here. Dist. Atty. of O.C., Tony Rackauckus should have brought charges Jan. 28, 2003. Now 12 years later, with convict [ex sheriff-coroner] Carona playing billards in a Federal Prison in Colorado... Tony R. is still not charging and prosecuting Carona for all the OTHER alleged felonies. Something STINKS. Is it the rotting corpse of Lady Justice ? Is it time the Newport City Building Code inforcers actually inforce the code. And was the house systematically torn apart to erase ANY possible DNA from ANY police, that Andrea might have ratted out to the TUSTIN, CA. P.D.? Or was there a "big Mike" who's DNA had to be eliminated, so no future Technology could place certain cops at the crime scene? A special Common Law Grand Jury, under US vs. Williams 504 US 32, [1992] is needed to bring indictments and convictions of those who are accessories to Murder of Andrea, or at least to enforce the City building code.
