RAW: Massive 5-meter crater opens in Rome city center

A five-metre wide sinkhole opened up near the city center of Rome on Friday – on Attilio Ambrosini street. Local police soon arrived and cordoned off the area; no injuries were reported. According to initial findings, the cause of the sinkhole may be the continuous drainage of the waters that thinned the roadside.
