Raw Video: Illinois State Police footage from I-88 shooting

Police have recently released video from the scene where an Illinois state conservation police officer shot and killed a motorist on Interstate 88 west of Rock Falls on Nov. 22. After an investigation into the death of Shane D. Cataline, 30, of Toledo, Ohio, Whiteside County State's Attorney Trish Joyce found it was "justified," according to a written decision issued Friday, Jan. 31. Video originally obtained by KWQC.
