RCGF 10 TEST

A very interesting 10 cc spark ignition petrol engine in many respects. The fuel system is rather unique having a remote pump and no adjustment for the idle mixture. Even the main mixture adjustment is different being a slotted insert underneath the carburettor body. I ran the engine on 32:1 fuel with Morgans Coolpower blue oil and 95 RON petrol. On a 13 x 4 APC propeller I recorded 10,500 RPM and on a 15 x 4 I recorded 7,600 RPM. See my full review in Australian Airborne magazine # 262
