Read data from Excel using Python code looping through a def function

This python code scans through an excel workbook checking values from a column for a match with todays date. This is the second step of my program which now will bring back all values that match todays date using a def function and while loop. I will improve the code over coming videos and it will eventually become part of my original twitter bot code.
