Hassan and Luke are taking a Seoul tour. While walking on the streets of Insa-dong, Luke looks out of mind and distracted by his smartphone. Many Koreans never stop chatting on SNS even while having a meal. One of the things foreigners surprise in Seoul is free WiFi. You can easily get free WiFi in most of public places in Seoul as well as in Insa-dong. So Korea is called a paradise of free WiFi.
