The Realistic DX-440 was marketed by Radio Shack from 1988-1991. This is one of the originals that I purchased 20 years ago and it still works as great as the day it was acquired. The BFO tuning is exceptional on single side band. During the recording of this video, the radio was hooked into an external 80 meter dipole antenna that is normally used with my amateur radios when working 75/80 meters. Thanks for watching.
