Reiner / Chicago S.O. play Bartók's "Concerto for Orchestra", 1956

The long cooperation of the two Hungarian's, Fritz Reiner and his late friend Béla Bartók (1881-1945), culminated in this 1956 CSO recording by Reiner of the "Concerto for Orchestra" (1944). I don't think this performance of the Concerto has been or will ever be bettered. I also think it has benefited from the clean-up I present here.
