-------------------------------18-12-12--------------------------------------- update: I've been getting alot of questions on how i made this track, so I added annotations to help you understand exactly what i do every step of the vid. (feel free to ask if you have further questions..) ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------- I wanted a challenge, so i decided to control everything directly from my midi keyboard, no mouse clicking! that includes the delay, reverb and sweep effects. I also wanted to play the wobble kinda dub-stepy bass riff live, instead of just automating it, so it'll have more of a "human feel"... If you look closely you can see that my left hand plays the notes while the right controlles the LFO (the "pumping" amount of the wobbles). Here's where i learned how to generate a dubstep bass sound with ableton: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=QcMtxpUAKcQ I cut the samples from the blues brothers ending song "Everybody needs somebody to love", great song, great movie.
