Requesting Help with Video Player Banner update on Twitch

I've been unable to update the Video Player Banner feature on my channel. I have requested help, posted at Reddit, sent a support ticket to the help desk, tweeted Twitch support and Googled for any possible answers, to no avail. I'm not sure why no one is replying?
