Review: Yamaha DXR15

For the DXR Series, Yamaha worked with loudspeaker giant NEXO with the goal of achieving touring quality sound in a portable package. The series includes 4 2-way full range models, the DXR8, DXR10, DXR12 and DXR15, all with lightweight, ABS cabinets. Complimenting the low-end are the DXS Series subwoofers (wood) the DXS12 and DXS15. For this review, Robert Lindquist from the Live2Play Network took a pair of DXR15s on the road, first to a high school prom (used in conjunction with 2 DSR112s and a DSR sub) and then to a wedding reception at a quiet country spa in Upstate NY.
