My previous build was really fun to play and DPSed really nicely but the power starvation just became to much for me and I hate 61 RB builds so I decided to go back and make a 61 WL build, ive used a similar build to this before in my other videos but this one is slightly different. Im using RB for the run speed and stun but if you want more DPS swap it over for Paragon for the crit chance and AP bonus.
