Riistetyt ("Exploited", formerly known as Cadgers) is one of the very first punk bands emerged in the finnish punk scene in the 80's and they're still alive and kicking. "Poliisivaltio" ("Police state") is taken from their 1982 debut album "Valtion vankina" ("State prisoner"). Raw and tight.
